With respect to any provided personal data, Termostav-Mráz s.r.o Košice commits to the following:

1. Confidential information obtained in electronic format shall not be provided to any third party;
2. Confidential information shall not be abused, used in violation of the legitimate interests of the other party, used in violation of the purposes for which provided for its own needs or the needs of third parties and sufficient precautions shall be taken to prevent the unauthorised use of confidential information by third parties without the proper written consent of the other party;
3. Confidential information shall exclusively be provided to the employee of the HR department who are directly involved in the processing of such personal data;
4. Confidential information shall not be copied or otherwise reproduced without the explicit consent of the other party that provided such information, except when used by both parties for the agreed internal use;
5. Full compliance shall be ensured with the obligations laid down in the provisions of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended;
6. Confidential information provided to Termostav-Mráz s.r.o. Košice, in a tangible format, i.e. in writing, electronically, etc., including copies thereof, shall be destroyed or returned to the other party that provided such information if so requested in writing.
